MOVING IN

INFORMATION

  • Be sure to call the utility companies prior to your move in date to set up your utilities.

  • Prior to your move in, you must pay for full first month’ rent online at least two weeks prior to your move in date. If you choose to pay your First month rent at the day of move in, it must be in a form of Cashier’s check, Money order and or a credit card payment (No Debit Card, personal check or cash will be accepted at site for the first month’s rent).
  • If you choose to pay online and the portal shows your balance is zero, select pay now and enter your monthly rent amount pursuant to the terms of your contract. Your second month will be automatically prorated accordingly when and if applicable.
  • Bring proof of insurance with you at hand prior to your move in.
  • We will set up your AUM/Real Page Water, Sewer, trash bill upon your move in. You will need to set up your electricity, gas and cable/Internet (It may be a good idea to schedule your Gas and Cable/Internet for the day after your move in, since the service provider requests the lease holder to be present during a 6 hour period).

MOVING OUT

INFORMATION

  • You and your Guarantor are responsible for paying rent through the end of your lease term even if you decide to move out early.
  • You or your roommate, must return all keys and remotes to the leasing office.
  • Every resident must complete a Move-Out Form at the time of Move Out. Please provide an appropriate forwarding address.
  • If you decide to move out prior to the termination of your lease and have an approved prospect, there will be an administrative fee of $350 per person per occurrence.
  • If you decide to add or delete a roommate, there is a $125.00 administrative fee payable in advance per person per occurrence.
  • You will be given the option to have an inspection with your Community Manager two weeks prior to your scheduled move out date. The purpose of this inspection is to notify you of any possible deductions against your Security Deposit. Your manager will notify you of this option once your 30-Day Notice to vacate has been received.
