So far my experience with First Choice has been great. Sarah the manager is very attentive and helpful. I've had a really positive time using this company so far.

I'm glad to know there are people who care about their customers' needs around here - it makes me feel at ease when everything gets hectic sometimes

I'm so glad I found a place at First Choice. The staff were really helpful and understanding of my needs as an international student, which made it feel like home for me!

I am going to miss living here but this community has been such fun while making new friends along the way

My roommate and I love living here. I don't have to worry about anything, the management is always around to help with any issues that come up!

I've had a couple of issues in the past, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. The new manager Jaden is such an amazing person! I'm sure all my fellow tenants love her job as well and are satisfied with how she handles things around here

I rented with First Choice between March 2018 and November 2020, and the experience met all my expectations. Before them, I lived at another off campus rental and the difference was huge.

Carlos is such an understanding person and he really takes care to make sure all tenants are satisfied with his job as manager! I have to say though-it's always good when you find one who can actually get something done without being sarcastic or swearing at me all day long (which happens sometimes).

Choosing to rent from First Choice was the best decision I have ever made. The entire process was much easier than expected and you do not have worry about any of that pesky paperwork like other companies make their customers do!

I can't remember a time when I wasn’t thankful for all that First Choice had given me. They were there from day one, welcoming new residents with open arms and treating them like family right off the bat!

Even though I lived in an apartment building, the location and people made up for any lack.

Living close by your classes means making friends really easily because everyone wants something from each other (even if its just conversation), which makes exploring this new world even more exciting than before. My unit was just a block away from campus.

Amazing place to live and great people

I have lived at the First Choice Apartments for a few months now and I cannot say enough about how great it is. The staff are always friendly, maintenance has been prompt with fixing minor problems like broken fences or leaky faucets (no big deal), there's plenty of on-site parking which was really important because who wants to hunt down tight spots everyday

I had a great experience with First Choice. I rented from them during my semester abroad at the University of Southern California and they really helped me out when it came down to things like making sure all my stuff got delivered, setting up internet access etc. Muchas gracias por todo, amigos.

I used First Choice for my off campus rental and I can't say enough good things about them. The manager was always attentive; the place was clean when it came time to return both in terms of housekeeping as well as taking care not make any noise during late hours (something which other places have failed at), etcetera!

I was very grateful for the advice and help that First Choice had given me. They helped answer all my questions about living in LA

I once lived with First Choice and I can say they were great! They had such an experience in off-campus student housing.

Jacob made the experience of leasing something fast, reliable and easy. There should be more companies with people like him!

First Choice has been a godsend for me and my sister. Brenda, the property manager is so nice! I had an issue with water leaking in some weeks ago but she fixed it faster than expected. Something that you are not used to nowadays with other mediocre companies.

One of the best things about First Choice was that you could bring your pet with you. I loved living there.

I loved my apartment! It had a great view, lots of amenities and the community was super friendly. First Choice made it easy to move in quickly with all those helpful assistants on hand 24-7
